Partner Company, a mission-driven healthcare technology organization, is seeking a senior Go-To-Market Recruiting leader in the United States to drive recruiting strategy for Sales, Marketing, CS and RevOps within a fast-growing environment.

You will build scalable sourcing engines, establish metrics, and coach hiring managers, leveraging data and AI tools to improve speed and quality of hires while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications
