Colliers in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, guiding them through every stage of the recruitment process.

You will source, interview, assess, and present top talent for open roles, leveraging market insights and data to drive decisions while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role from intake to onboarding.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes.
• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and networking.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to transform market insights into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers to understand priorities and talent needs.
• Act as a strategic TA advisor, using market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality candidates for open roles.
• Fill critical roles efficiently while delivering a superior candidate and manager experience.
• Collaborate within the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting outcomes.
