Qualifications

4+ years in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
Experience using ATS, with Workday preferred.
Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Skilled in proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and networking.

Responsibilities

Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand priorities and talent needs.
Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market insights and data.
Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality candidates for open roles.
Fill critical roles while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Collaborate within the TA team to improve recruiting outcomes.
