Job summary

Colliers in the Seattle area is seeking a data-driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers across WA, OR, AZ and IL. You will guide candidates and teams through the process, using market insights to deliver a seamless experience.

You bring 4+ years of TA experience, proficiency with ATS (Workday preferred), and a proven track record building strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
Experience using ATS, with Workday experience preferred.
Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Proven ability to proactively source and engage talent through multiple channels.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs.
Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market intelligence and candidate insights.
Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality talent for open roles with managers.
Fill critical roles efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Collaborate within the TA team to improve recruiting outcomes across the business.
