You will develop partnerships with hiring managers, source top talent across multiple channels, and drive high-impact hires in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 4+ years in full-cycle TA and hands-on Workday/ATS experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success building partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to leverage data for hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs.
• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market intelligence and candidate insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality talent for open roles in partnership with hiring managers.
• Fill critical and high-profile roles efficiently while delivering a positive candidate and manager experience.
• Collaborate within the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting outcomes across the business.
