Coloplast in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our North America Talent Acquisition Team in a hybrid role.

This role leads end-to-end recruitment for Coloplast North America, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates from initial contact to offer, while championing a superior candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruiting (talent acquisition) in corporate or agency settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Advanced candidate sourcing skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions locally and nationally.
• Willing to work with global colleagues to advance TA priorities.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making awareness.
• Travel up to ~5% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting for Coloplast North America, from sourcing to offer.
• Facilitate hiring manager meetings and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and manage ATS updates.
• Interview candidates and guide managers through decision stages.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues and HR partners across the organization.
