• 10+ years of compensation experience in asset management or financial services.
• Senior IC with end-to-end compensation ownership.
• Based in New York City with a 4-day onsite requirement.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; translates data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end compensation function across the firm, including base salary, incentive plans, and deferred compensation structures.
• Design and manage annual compensation cycles, including bonus planning, salary reviews, and executive compensation decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to align compensation strategy with firm performance, growth, and talent priorities.
• Develop and maintain market-competitive compensation frameworks, leveraging benchmarking data across investment management and financial services.
• Provide strategic guidance on hiring offers, promotions, and retention packages.
• Lead compensation modeling, scenario analysis, and financial planning in partnership with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Build and maintain compensation policies, documentation, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
