Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and/or workforce management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs, including base salary, bonus, and incentive plans.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis for competitiveness and equity.
• Assist with annual compensation planning, salary reviews, promotions, and job evaluations.
• Prepare compensation models, reporting, and leadership recommendations.
• Maintain and optimize core HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Support payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
