Job summary

Blackstone seeks a senior compensation professional to lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across the firm. You will ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and adherence to regulations while partnering with Finance and HR to drive strategic rewards initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree required with focus in Business Administration/Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Extensive experience with multiple rewards and recognition programs.
• Strong business/financial background with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Ensure compensation is competitive, internally equitable, and cost-effective.
• Manage market benchmarking, data analysis, and presentation of findings.
• Lead annual compensation planning in collaboration with HR and business units.
• Prepare compensation analyses and support various compensation projects.
