Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with focus in Business Administration/Finance preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
- Extensive experience with multiple rewards and recognition programs.
- Strong business/financial background with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
- Ensure compensation is competitive, internally equitable, and cost-effective.
- Manage market benchmarking, data analysis, and presentation of findings.
- Lead annual compensation planning in collaboration with HR and business units.
- Prepare compensation analyses and support various compensation projects.
