Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the United States seeks a Surgical Account Manager to drive growth across assigned accounts, promote the surgical device portfolio, educate surgeons, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will travel 25–75% and work remotely in the field, building relationships with hospitals, ASCs and teaching institutions while using Salesforce to track activities and ensure accurate records.

This role requires strategic thinking, clinical credibility, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in ophthalmic or medical devices.
• Experience in surgical environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Remote field-based role with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives with demos and proposals.
• Generate leads and manage product evaluations and in-services.
• Build relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and teaching institutions.
• Educate surgeons on Bausch + Lomb technologies and产品 benefits.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and manage territory expenses.
