Zusammenfassung

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Surgical Account Manager (SAM) to drive growth across assigned ophthalmic accounts. You will promote the surgical device portfolio, educate surgeons and OR staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a remote field-based capacity.

Responsibilities include leading product demonstrations, managing evaluations, and transforming opportunities into ongoing partnerships with hospitals, ASCs, and teaching institutions while leveraging Stellaris and other platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in ophthalmic/medical devices.
• Remote field-based role requiring strong communication and organization.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives with demos, proposals, and in-services.
• Generate leads, develop sales proposals, and manage product evaluations.
• Protect and grow core consumables through equipment conversions and innovations.
• Coordinate with hospitals, ASCs, and teaching institutions; build key relationships.
