Job summary

The Aston Carter team in Jacksonville is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to help coordinate raw material sourcing, manage BOM costs, and support production timelines. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, QA, and Sales to ensure successful product launches and continued improvements.

This permanent, onsite role requires 1–2 years in supply chain or manufacturing, proficiency in Excel, and a strong analytical mindset to drive cost efficiencies and supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Purchase orders, supplier sourcing, and vendor management experience.
• Strong data analysis and cost control capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw material deliveries and inventory for production schedules.
• Assist with supplier sourcing, pricing, and vendor relations.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs for process improvements.
• Track milestones and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
