Aston Carter is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage inventory, source products and freight, and negotiate pricing, driving supply chain efficiencies. Based onsite in Boca Raton, FL, you will work with vendors and internal teams to optimize costs and support daily operations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on procurement experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent vendor relations. This is a Contract to Hire role offering competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables and reporting.
• Experience procuring products and freight services.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and produce accurate inventory reporting.
• Source products and freight services to support operations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors.
• Coordinate with fulfillment houses and shipping providers to improve efficiencies.
• Support cross-functional teams across purchasing, logistics and inventory initiatives.
