Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II for a fully remote role with travel to Arrow offices as needed. The job focuses on strategic supplier management, annual planning, and demand generation to accelerate growth across partnerships.

Formación

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning and quarterly business reviews with executive engagement.
• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of go-to-market planning, demand generation, partner programs, and incentive structures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
