Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to oversee strategic supplier relationships and drive growth. You will lead executive engagements, develop GTM plans, and collaborate with sales to maximize bookings and profitability.

Fully Remote role requiring travel to Arrow offices as needed; candidates should bring strong experience in supplier management, business development, and cybersecurity market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that achieve measurable business results.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within the technology ecosystem, including suppliers, channel partners, or distribution.
• Understanding of go-to-market planning, demand generation, partner programs, and incentive structures.
• Experience analyzing business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity market including experience working with security vendors.
• Understanding of GTM strategies for MSPs & MSSPs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for supplier escalations, planning, and alignment.
• Lead annual business planning and quarterly reviews with executive engagement.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow and with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive bookings, revenue, and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and pipeline.
• Deliver business plans achieving growth while maximizing ROI.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with channel sales to grow strategic partner relationships.
• Support initiatives increasing partner participation, certifications, and pipeline.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Monitor key business metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Champion initiatives improving customer, partner, and supplier experience.
