Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier engagement and cross-functional programs. You will drive executive relationships, annual planning, and QBRs while identifying growth opportunities with key cybersecurity suppliers.

You will design supplier-funded programs, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and IT, and push for demand generation and optimized performance. Remote-ready with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of go-to-market planning, demand generation, partner programs, and incentive structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
