Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a senior strategic supplier manager to lead relationships with key supplier stakeholders and coordinate annual planning, QBRs, and executive engagement. You will advocate for supplier priorities and align Arrow’s interests with supplier leadership.

The role also focuses on developing market strategies, expanding supplier adoption, and driving revenue growth through partner programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree, or 4 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in supplier management, business development or channel sales is preferred.
• Strong ability to build executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for supplier escalations, planning and strategic initiatives.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for Arrow supplier priorities with supplier leadership.
• Drive go-to-market strategies to grow bookings, billings, market share and profitability.
• Develop partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement programs.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives and demand generation.
• Partner with Operations, Finance and IT to resolve issues and drive execution.
