The candidate will oversee supplier programs, incentives, and demand generation while aligning Arrow’s interests with supplier leadership to accelerate growth.

Formación

• Experience in supplier management or technology distribution.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs to increase supplier adoption.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
