Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supplier Account Management to develop strategy and client relationships, and to support global supplier operations. The role may be filled in Kent, WA or Cape Canaveral, FL, with no current direct reports.

Responsibilities include leading supplier management, pricing, contracting, and data reporting while collaborating with regional and global client interfaces. Strong Excel and procurement tools skills are essential, along with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supply chain management experience in relocation
• 6+ years of experience in relocation
• Experience using online procurement tools (e.g., Global eProcure)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• CIPS or other SCM certification(s)
• Experience living abroad or working with different cultures
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Strategic approach to leveraging the Sirva network for best-practice supply chain
• Leadership and problem-solving skills across strategic and tactical levels
• Willingness to travel across time zones

Responsibilities

• Manage global service providers related to client needs
• Develop regional and global client interfaces including reviews and presentations
• Support business development for RFPs, RFIs, and re-bids
• Oversee service providers including selection, contracting, pricing, and reporting
• Provide data support for pricing, cost savings, and client spend analyses
• Present balanced solutions for supplier, client, and internal stakeholders
• Develop trainings for suppliers and internal teams
• Lead global areas of expertise like analytics and scorecards
• Drive supply chain improvements and new product/process ideas
• Demonstrate procurement savings and value to clients and stakeholders
