Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to own the US domestic relocation program, partnering with Sirva and HR teams to deliver a seamless employee relocation experience. You’ll set policies, manage vendors, and improve processes from offer to settle-in, while supporting international mobility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in global mobility or corporate relocation, US domestic focus.
• Experience with relocation management company partnerships and SLAs.
• Experience owning or improving relocation programs including policy design.
• Data analytics skills to build KPIs and drive improvements.
• Ability to interpret policy and make exception decisions balancing needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domestic Relocation Program for US relocations end-to-end.
• Define and maintain relocation policies, guidelines, benefits, and exceptions.
• Manage Sirva partnership, SLAs, performance reviews, escalations.
• Provide high-touch support to relocating employees and families.
• Advise Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, and hiring managers on packages and offers.
• Measure program health: costs, cycle times, vendor performance, satisfaction.
• Maintain SOPs, docs, templates, and policy guides for consistency.
• Build tools and resources for a scalable relocation experience.
• Support international mobility and special projects as needed.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to align relocation with talent strategy.
