Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to own the domestic relocation program, partnering with Sirva, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and leaders to deliver a seamless relocation experience for employees and their families. This role sets policy, defines service standards, and drives vendor performance.

You will also support international expansion efforts, lead special projects such as office openings, and continuously improve the employee experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global mobility, relocation, or HR operations with a focus on U.S. relocations.
• Experience managing a relocation management company (RMC) partnership and SLAs.
• Proven ability to design relocation policy, benefit tiers, and exceptions.
• Strong data analytics to build reports and drive improvements.
• Experience interpreting policy and balancing employee experience with compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and mobility platforms such as ServiceNow or Equus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domestic Relocation Program, managing policy, process, service delivery and employee experience end-to-end.
• Define standards, guidelines, and exception frameworks balancing cost and experience.
• Manage the vendor partnership with Sirva and drive SLA performance and escalations.
• Deliver high-touch relocation support and proactive communication to employees and families.
• Advise Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and hiring managers on relocation packages and offers.
• Measure KPIs, track program health, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and policy guides for scalability.
• Lead international mobility initiatives and special projects like office openings.
