Job summary

Sirva is seeking a Pricing Manager to drive global pricing strategies, analyze cost trends, and support bids in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Operations. This role will supervise the Pricing Analyst team within Relocation and report directly to the Director of Pricing.

The position is open for virtual work within the US, with preference for EST or CST time zones, and involves partnering with sales, risk and operations to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Business Administration
• Minimum 7 years related work experience
• Preferred supervisory experience
• Strong technical skills with SQL, VB, Excel and BI tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a matrixed environment
• Relocation Finance experience required, 7+ years

Responsibilities

• Analyze client cost trends, move patterns and relocation policies to help set strategic pricing directions.
• Maintain, modify and enhance pricing models for product development.
• Collaborate with SVPs of Sales on pricing bids and opportunities.
• Study competitor pricing and product design through detailed analysis.
• Use margin pricing and cost analysis to improve revenues.
• Counsel sales on pricing proposals for clients.
• Gather data and perform product performance/price reviews.
• Turn ambiguous requests into actionable tasks.
• Report to the Director of Pricing.
• Prepare analyses in support of pricing and relocation strategy.
• Oversee Pricing Analysts and manage performance development.
