Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an International Move Consultant 1 to coordinate international household moves, manage customer relations, and optimize logistics, pricing, and documentation.

You will communicate with agents, vendors, and clients, handling inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate information. Primary responsibilities include generating quotes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting billing and dispute resolution while delivering exceptional service globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of industry/freight forwarding experience OR 3 years of related customer service experience.
• Basic world geography.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively and build relationships to ensure customer quality.
• Coordinate logistics, pricing, and troubleshoot process glitches with agents and vendors.
• Report back to accounts/bookers and coordinate with billing and claims teams.
• Generate rate quotes for international moves and manage margins and vendor negotiations.
• Handle move administration: data integrity, paperwork, and billing support.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and resolve exceptions timely.
