Job summary

Monarch Steel Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

You will engage customers face-to-face, by phone, and through written correspondence while leveraging CRM data to forecast territory performance. Working under the VP-Business Development, you will travel to customers as needed, collaborate with Inside Sales, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced steel industry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years previous outside/inside sales experience.
• Steel industry knowledge and experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embraces the 1 T.E.A.M culture and builds a network of sources for new sales leads.
• Profiles customers to identify needs and suggests products or services.
• Analyzes sales statistics to promote sales and achieves targets.
• Maintains detailed CRM records of calls, orders, sales, and relationships.
• Travels to customers on an as-needed basis and supports Inside Sales.
