Monarch Steel Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects in the steel industry. The role involves face-to-face and remote communications, solution selling, and meeting sales targets.

You will work under the VP-Business Development, leverage CRM tools, and travel to customers as needed to support order profitability and service levels. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Three-five years outside/inside sales experience.
• Steel industry knowledge and experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Profiles customers and prospects to identify product/service needs and suggests solutions.
• Analyze sales statistics to promote sales growth.
• Achieves sales targets to increase profitability.
• Demonstrates product/service value to customers based on their needs.
• Maintains detailed sales activity reports in the CRM.
• Travel to customers on an as-needed basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
