Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of steel products and customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of customer contacts and prospects.
• Profile customers to match needs with Monarch Steel products.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and maintain CRM records.
