Job summary

Star Pediatrics by Abound Health in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to optimize nurse capacity and staffing performance. This hybrid role will lead the Staffing Coordinators and collaborate with Nursing Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure patient coverage.

You will build forecasting models, dashboards, and KPIs to drive data-driven decisions, monitor staffing metrics, and implement scalable processes across Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
• Proven experience leading teams with measurable performance goals and improvement initiatives.
• Experience using data, analytics, forecasting, and operational reporting to drive decisions.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators responsible for matching nurses with patient needs.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization to maximize nurse utilization and minimize open hours.
• Analyze staffing, workforce, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools supporting data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to address workforce supply and patient demand.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements to increase productivity, scalability, and service delivery.
