Coretek seeks a highly organized Senior Staffing Specialist to lead full lifecycle staffing for contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting roles. You will coordinate onboarding, travel, and interview logistics, while partnering with hiring managers and staffing agencies to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting and strong organizational skills, with a focus on contractor management and timely workforce reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce or staff augmentation programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of staff augmentation recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting roles.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding and liaison with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
• Schedule and arrange candidate travel and onsite interview logistics.
• Support employment branding, events, and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and workforce reporting.
• Ensure onboarding compliance and smooth start experiences.
