TEKsystems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver top-tier recruitment results across North America. You will build pipelines, develop hiring strategies with Directors and field leaders, and source candidates through multiple channels while managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously on multiple roles with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Able to manage multiple positions with strong prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Travel 10-20% required.

Responsibilities

• Own internal recruitment for TEKsystems teams in NA.
• Develop and implement hiring strategies with leaders.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, LinkedIn.
• Manage full-cycle process from qualification to onboarding.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience and analytics.
