Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support the CSG team in a fast-paced environment. You will own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and collaborate across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver top candidates.

In this role, you will source through multiple channels, build a robust pipeline, and partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology or professional services

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, partnering with Talent Attraction to manage pipelines.
• Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements and priorities.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill openings and build a future-ready pipeline.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peers to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders, using data and market insights to guide decisions.
