Coretek is seeking a highly organized Senior Staffing Specialist to support contingent workforce and recruiting operations. The role manages full lifecycle staff augmentation recruiting, onboarding coordination, and provides exceptional service to hiring managers, candidates, and staffing partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce, contractor management, or staff augmentation programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruitment and placement process for contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify qualified contract talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, clients, hiring managers, and independent contractors.
• Facilitate offer, engagement, and assignment processes for contractors.
• Monitor contractor start dates, assignment extensions, and contract end dates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and workforce reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for contract workers with IT, security, and facilities teams.
• Track onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for contractor onboarding inquiries.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for onsite interviews, flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules and candidate information packets.
• Act as liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiter.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Manage interview logistics including conference room scheduling, meals, and visitor coordination.
• Assist with full-cycle recruiting for permanent positions as needed.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support employment branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
