Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager to deliver consultative staffing solutions for its dedicated division, overseeing direct hire and temporary hourly recruiting across multiple branches. Responsibilities include relationship-building with operations leaders, coordinating agency resources, and ensuring HR compliance and timely performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ work experience, with four (4) years in service level industry and a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Previous account management experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing for direct hire and temporary agency high-volume hourly recruiting across multiple branches.
• Provide division with regular updates on staffing and industry trends.
• Oversee HR compliance and reporting for staffing programs across the division.
• Engage agency resources in the labor supply chain to support staffing.
• Ensure staffing and orientation are carried out effectively in all branches.
