Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce, contractor management, or staff augmentation programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and placement for contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify qualified contract talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, clients, managers, and contractors.
• Facilitate offer, engagement, and assignment processes for contractors.
• Monitor start dates, extensions, and contract end dates.
• Ensure onboarding compliance and maintain contractor records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and IT/security workspace needs.
• Coordinate travel and onsite interview logistics for candidates.
• Prepare interview schedules and candidate information packets.
