Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, recruit and develop top talent, and build strong client relationships. This role oversees revenue plans, budgeting, and KPI-driven performance, with accountability for service levels and client satisfaction.

You will lead recruiting efforts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance across accounts, while coaching a team to meet ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years in a relevant role.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to expand existing clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and communicated to program teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular updates with clients and HR/Operations contacts.
• Lead branch team performance, coach recruiters, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and forecast revenue/expenses.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and ensure proper credit references are obtained.
