Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy staffing office in the United States. You will build and execute business plans to bring in new clients, retain existing accounts, and grow the bottom line while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing branch team, oversee budgets and cost controls, and steward client relationships with HR, operations, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client plans, and improve service level performance.
• Manage day-to-day team performance and coach recruiters to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost controls; monitor claims and renewal timelines.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate pay/bill rates, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct monthly meetings to review KPIs and provide career development feedback.
