Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to grow and retain accounts, manage branch P&L, and lead a team of recruiters. You will develop client relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure service levels align with contracts.

You will oversee recruitment strategies, drive business development, and conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams to maximize performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with two years in direct sales.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and newly developed clients; win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Serve as escalation point with client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and forecast revenue/expenses.
• Develop recruitment strategies and on-board new customers; manage terms, risk, and credit assessment.
