Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive staffing/recruiting industry experience with a BD focus.
• Experience landing and growing mid-market to enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to win new accounts in staffing/workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Sell consultative, higher-margin workforce solutions beyond commodity staffing.
