Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative in Richmond, VA and Raleigh, NC to drive access and growth for assigned therapies. You will build strategic relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and health systems to improve patient outcomes and ensure timely access.

You will lead account plans, engage decision-makers, and coordinate across multispecialty teams, using digital tools to analyze trends and accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
• Ability to advance conversations to clear outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong closing skills with stakeholder alignment and execution.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approvals and value across efficacy, safety, access.
• Engage decision-makers and influencers to move conversations to action.
• Lead strategic account planning and triage barriers to access and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with multispecialty accounts and cross-functional partners.
