Inizio Engage is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive awareness and access for assigned therapies across a defined geography, including San Jose and Fresno. Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and clinical and non-clinical decision making based on value proposition.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across existing customer accounts.
• Strategic account planning to move conversations from interest to action.
• Ensure product access and provide education on product information, use, and patient assistance and reimbursement resources.
• Collaborate across multispecialty accounts to coordinate customer engagement with cross-functional partners.
• Integrate digital solutions to provide insights and analyze trends for HCP adoption and patient access.
