Your analysis will leverage AutoCAD and CAFM data to maximize efficiency and cost savings. Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leaders, and Project Management to forecast headcounts and translate strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and AutoCAD for basic test-fits.

Responsibilities

• Develop seat allocation plans, stack and block exercises, and occupancy scenarios.
• Prepare and update status reports comparing actual vs projected seat demand.
• Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, and Project Management to align planning strategies.
• Enforce space policies and procedures and identify exceptions.
• Support migration plans, facility audits, and workplace transitions.
