Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of relevant professional experience post-graduation.
• 8-10+ years leading occupancy planning teams.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus-wide occupancy planning projects and delegate work across the OP org.
• Implement analytical methodologies to support portfolio-level decisions.
• Develop insights from large data sets to support goals and planning.
• Prepare and present campus scenarios and narratives to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and maintain strategic direction with clients.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
