Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a SOW Senior Manager of Operations to lead the execution of statements of work within Global Services. You will balance scope complexity, contractual terms, and financial impact while partnering with Regional Sales Directors, VPs, and Delivery teams.

You will negotiate, manage risk, and drive timely SOW lifecycle activities across domestic and international scopes, with a focus on sound business solutions and customer collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute SOWs (Domestic and International) aligned to contractual compliance and pricing structure.
• Collaborate with GS director to manage SOW lifecycle: review, redline, negotiation, escalation, execution.
• Resolve problems and complete requests timely in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure adherence to risk profiles and mitigate risk for TEKsystems Global Services.
• Identify process gaps, create efficiencies, and drive change in SOW lifecycle execution.
• Execute work with urgency, meeting deadlines while handling multiple priorities.
• Interact with customers during SOW negotiations to understand business needs and assess risks.
• Conduct pipeline review meetings with Vertical Director and Front Office leadership to set priorities.
• Attend kickoff calls for new documents to set expectations and responsibilities.
