Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services seeks a Solution Architect to lead multi-opportunity engagements. You will manage solution design, resource allocation, and customer interactions across North America-based projects, directing cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, risk, and program management for large-scale, outsourced engagements with a focus on compliant and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 15+ years’ experience in information technology and/or professional services, with emphasis on subject matter expertise.
• Experience in delivering projects/programs and client professional services agreements.
• Frequent interactions with external customers at Director level or above; strong consulting skills.
• 15+ years in IT service management/project management in a professional services env.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements (business and technical) and mature the solution design.
• Facilitate delivery team assembly for new engagements; manage stakeholders and escalation.
• Consolidate solution status and costing information across project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project team members; ensure adherence to HR policies.
• Manage contract attributes, payment terms, timelines, risks, and customer satisfaction.
