Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Senior Project Manager - SOW Factory to lead the development, structuring, and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) for customer engagements. You will manage the SOW process from opportunity through contract signature, ensuring agreements are commercially sound, clearly scoped, and aligned with delivery goals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Delivery, and Portfolio teams to produce high-quality SOWs, ROM estimates, PCRs, and maintain rigorous version

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, PM or related field.
• 5+ years in project/ program management in enterprise software or consulting.
• Experience drafting MSAs, SOWs, or commercial contracts.
• Experience with Time & Materials and Fixed Price engagements.
• Familiarity with project governance and commercial reviews.

Responsibilities

• Draft and structure SOWs for Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price engagements using approved templates.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, invoicing schedules, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Delivery and Portfolio teams for approvals and go-live.
• Maintain version control and audit trails throughout drafting and approvals.
• Prepare PCRs to identify changes in scope, delivery, costs and responsibilities.
