Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Operations Manager/Delivery Lead to drive day-to-day activities across multiple customer engagements in Spokane, WA. You will collaborate with engagement teams, manage onboarding and orientation for consultants, and ensure contracts are fulfilled with strong client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive problem solving, and effective communication across onsite and remote stakeholders. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Client experience is preferred.
• Team Lead / Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM related field and/or hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or process-development settings.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• PMP and/or IAOP (Outsourcing Professional) & Scrum Master certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered.
• Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Delivery Focus: Supports onboarding of new hires in the client system, supports virtual and on-site orientation of new hires.
• Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants with consistent onsite presence, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Ensures Accountability: Participates in regular checkpoints with customers, consultant teams, engagement teams, and solutions teams.
• Documentation: Documents and communicates processes and procedures to all stakeholders.
• Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms.
• Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected parties.
