Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager – SOW Factory to lead SOW development, structuring, and governance for customer engagements. You will manage the SOW lifecycle from opportunity through signature, ensuring commercially sound and clearly scoped agreements that enable successful delivery.

Collaboration with Sales, Legal, Delivery, and Portfolio teams is essential to maintain quality, efficiency, and timely approvals while applying established contracting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, commercial operations, contract management, bid management, professional services, or related discipline in consulting or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Draft and structure Statements of Work for Time & Materials and Fixed Price engagements using approved templates.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms aligned with delivery model.
• Ensure SOWs clearly distinguish deliverables and artifacts with contract clarity.
• Apply commercial guidelines and standards for acceptance, go-live, change management, and cancellation terms.
• Develop ROM estimates from historical data, complexity, and resource needs.
• Prepare SOW packages for governance reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
