Job summary

Amazon, within AWS, is seeking a Sr. Contract Specialist to operationalize SOW and related contracting structures, partnering with AWS Legal and Professional Services.

You will draft, review, and manage SOWs, drive process improvements, and collaborate across Sales, Legal, and Operations to deliver excellent customer experiences. The role offers collaboration with AWS Legal and cross-functional teams, opportunities to mentor other contract specialists, and a focus on continuous process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the SOW process, drafting and reviewing SOWs to align with business and legal requirements.
• Identify and implement operational improvements meeting business needs.
• Communicate daily with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Operations and Management on deals.
• Recruit, onboard, train and influence other Contract Specialists.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Drive continuous process improvement and build long-term solutions.
• Become the SOW creation subject matter expert.
