Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a SOW Senior Manager of Operations to oversee the execution of statements of work within the Global Services division. You will balance scope, contractual terms, and financial impact while partnering with Regional Sales Directors, VPs, and Delivery teams to deliver sound business solutions.

You will negotiate terms, manage risk, align with legal partners, and drive timely SOW execution across domestic and international engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 3–5+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage statements of work (domestic and international) while ensuring contractual compliance and pricing alignment.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, legal, and risk teams to manage SOW lifecycle from review to execution.
• Identify process gaps, drive efficiencies, and mitigate risk in SOW execution.
