Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing & talent identification, develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-priority positions.
• Recruitment marketing and employer branding activities including career fairs and campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, provide pipeline visibility and market insights.
