• Minimum 5+ years in Talent Acquisition in scale-ups, SaaS or fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record of proactive sourcing across functions and seniority levels.
• Advanced expertise in sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM).
• Strong market mapping and research skills; turn market insight into actionable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across Sales, Marketing, Business Units and more.
• Run market mapping and talent landscape analysis to identify target talent.
• Design and refine advanced searches and sourcing strategies across channels.
• Craft personalised outreach and multi-touch engagement sequences to convert candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools and nurture campaigns for critical roles.
